These terms govern your use of MiraHire (mirahire.net), operated by Light wave group Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

MiraHire is an AI hiring platform: it helps you define a role profile, collect and parse resumes, and score candidates against the role with explainable, evidence-based output. MiraHire informs hiring decisions; it does not make them. You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you.

Your account & acceptable use

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Only upload candidate data you are entitled to process for recruiting purposes, and use it only for recruiting.
No abuse: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory use.

Plans & billing

MiraHire is free to start on one active role. Paid plans (from $39/month, USD) unlock more active roles and higher screening volumes; current pricing is shown in the app. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period.

AI output disclaimer

Candidate scores, evidence summaries, and risk signals are AI-assisted analysis of the materials you provide. They can be wrong or incomplete. They are provided to support — never replace — human review, and we make no guarantee of hiring outcomes.

Data

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain your rights in the data you upload; you grant us the license needed to operate the service on it.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Light wave group Limited's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
