Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data MiraHire collects, how we use it, where it lives, and the choices you have. The short version: your data is hosted in the United States, we don't sell it, and candidate resumes belong to the workspace that collected them.
Who we are
MiraHire (mirahire.net) is an AI hiring platform operated by Light wave group Limited. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@mirahire.net.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and password (stored as a salted hash), plus workspace settings you create.
- Candidate data. Resumes and applications submitted through your workspace's apply link or imported by you. This typically includes names, contact details, and work history.
- Usage data. Basic product analytics (pages used, features exercised) to improve the product.
How we use it
- To provide the service: parsing resumes, scoring candidates against your role profiles, and showing you the results.
- AI processing: resume text is processed by third-party large-language-model providers (such as OpenAI) to produce structured profiles and evidence-based scores. These providers process the data to serve your request; we use configurations intended to prevent its use for model training.
- To operate, secure, and improve MiraHire.
Where your data lives
The application and databases for the global edition run on cloud infrastructure in the United States (application hosting and data storage in US regions). The Chinese edition runs on entirely separate infrastructure; data is not mixed between editions.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data or candidate data.
- We do not use candidate resumes to build advertising profiles.
- We do not make hiring decisions — MiraHire scores and ranks with evidence; humans on your team decide.
Retention & deletion
Account and candidate data is retained while your account is active. You can delete candidates from your workspace at any time, and you can request full account deletion by emailing hello@mirahire.net — we will delete associated data from production systems within a reasonable period.
Candidates: your rights
If you applied to a role through a MiraHire apply link, the hiring team that posted the role controls your application. You may contact them directly, or email us at hello@mirahire.net and we will assist with access or deletion requests.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our cloud providers. Access to production data is limited to what operating the service requires.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the "Last updated" date above.
